SHIPPING POLICY
For your convenience, we offer a variety of shipping options via United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS is a traceable service. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO).
Note: All shipments are from Lynden, WA 98264 (U.S.).
SHIPPING MATERIAL
- Eco-friendly
- 100% biodegradable and certified compostable by (BPI) Biodegradable Products Institute
- Made from non-food use renewable resources. As a protein based product, it is made from the reuse of plant based products.
TRANSIT TIMES
Orders will be shipped within three business days or less. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
- Orders will be shipped within three business days or less
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday
- UPS does not pick up or deliver on holidays
- Deliveries to some remote locations could take extra time
- Special rules may apply during holiday seasons
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship within the United States to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not ship to the following addresses or locations:
- Post Office boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- S. territories and protectorates
- International destinations
APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES
In counting delivery days, you should count business days only. We will notify you by e-mail of any delays in your order.
- UPS Ground Service
- 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends) plus 24-72 hours to process the order (also excluding weekends) in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. [Note: Ground Service may not be available for all of Hawaii and Alaska].
- UPS 3 Day Select Service
- 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends) plus 24-72 hours to process the order (also excluding weekends)
- UPS 2nd Day Air Service
- 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends) plus 24-72 hours to process the order (also excluding weekends)
- Delivery to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order:
- The first confirms that your order was received.
- The second confirms the shipment and will include an order tracking number.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you are interested in finding out the status of your order or want to track your shipment, just access the tracking link we send you by e-mail. This will connect you to the UPS shipping site and show you the status of your delivery. You can also track your order from the Orders Tab in your account.
