Thank you to our customers and fans for all the great years of support!
Sadly, we will not have any more Dry Roasted DuChilly to offer for Winter 2024/Spring 2025 due to the Eastern Filbert Blight as we have had less and less of them every year and 2023 was their final year.
Although we’ve had an email sign-up list for the Roasted DuChilly hazelnuts in the past, we will no longer be offering sign-up to be notified as they are no longer available. Dry Roasted DuChilly
This rare hazelnut is slightly sweeter than traditional hazelnuts with a unique oblong shape and a thin skin that is mostly adhering which does not create as much mess as the common round hazelnuts. That means they’re particularly loved for roasting since the blanching process can be skipped (a time and money saver!)
Our premium heirloom DuChilly hazelnuts have been grown by our Holmquist family since the late 1920s in north Whatcom County.
Not to mention, when you eat a Holmquist Hazelnut, you’re getting the highest-quality, freshest hazelnut from a family-owned and operated farm. We’re 5th generation farmers so we’ve really perfected the process for flavorful hazelnuts that are great for gluten-free or paleo lifestyles and anyone who wants to add a little extra “umph” to their recipes.
